By commissioning me you accept upon these terms. 

If I happen to change my pricings at any given time all previous quotes will be regarded invalid unless you are placed in my queue. 

 
 

Costumer has to pay shipping from Sweden! Shipping is not included in the provided quote by me. I am not responsible for any damage done to your package in the mail. If the package is broken, contact your service provider. However, I will wrap your suit in protective plastic inside the cardbox to prevent it from water damage. 

All my works comes fully lined unless requested otherwise!

All customers within the European Union will have to pay 25% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union will not have to pay VAT.

If you know that your character requires special or specific materials or methods different from a standard fursuit (such as firmer foam, specific fur from a specific retailer, whiskers etcetera.) please inform me before I give you a quote. This could affect the price of the suit and must be counted in. If you inform me afterwards the previously given quote will be invalid and may have to change. 

  

The provided application form for my commissions is binding and will be used as future reference during the production of your suit. Make sure to fill it in correctly. 

  

I will require a front- side- and back view of your chosen character to be able to interpret all the different shapes and markings before I start on it. I will not accept design changes of said character once the payment has started or the suit has begun its construction. 

  

I will require a duct tape dummy if the customer orders a fullsuit, either plantigrade or digitigrade. Customer will be responsible for material purchase and shipping for the DTD. I will give further instructions on how to make the duct tape dummy once the customer gets chosen.

About duct tape dummies: they may take 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to make depending on effectivity and they consist of duct tape and plastic wrap. It is recommended that two people work together to make one.

  

I do work with payment plans. However I must receive 40% down payment WITHIN A WEEK upon commissioning me so that I can purchase the materials needed. Second payment will consist of another 40% within a month and the final payment will consist of the last 20% within two months upon commissioning me.

The down payment option must also be paid off within a week upon commissioning me. The suit must be fully paid off before being shipped. Provided quote by me does not include shipping. Shipping must be paid before I ship it. 

  

Refunds: if I have not started working on your suit yet you could always get your money back. However, if I have already started working on your suit or purchased materials before you request a refund I will not be able to refund the labor and material cost. I will not refund money already spent on material. All progress might be kept by myself, sold to someone else or completed into another character as a premade to be sold if the refund contains all the money but the material cost. This is to make up for the time I spent making it.

  

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me. By commissioning me you confirm that this is your age. This is due to legal reasons. However, if your guardian is very positive toward this commission and are engaged throughout the process and have direct contact with me I might consider it. In such a scenario the guardian must be 18 years of age or older and be the one responsible for payment. If a customer has lied about being older than my age restriction and the fursuit has been started all money that has not been spent on materials or labor can be refunded and the progress of the suit will be kept by myself or sold to someone else. 

  

As a fursuitmaker I have the rights to decide upon what materials to use to optimize your commission unless customer specify what they want before I give a quote. However, I will most likely give you options to choose from as the commission goes on. 

 

As a customer you must answer to questions I may have regarding your commission within a 24-hour window. If you fail to give me an answer within that time frame I have the right to make a decision for you. 

  

By ordering a premade design commission (found on my website) you will not be able to decide upon any design aspects of the suit. I will choose what materials to use, what parts will be included and how the suit will look when completed. I will follow the reference sheet as truthfully as possible to ensure you of what it will look like once finished. If you are uncertain or curious of what materials I will use or how certain parts will be made, just contact me and ask. 

  

I do not accept deadlines unless I provide one. 

  

Warranty: Manufactured faults found within a 30-days period will be fixed for free where the customer has to pay for the shipping to and from my studio.  

  

By commissioning me I have all the rights to post any work in progress picture of your suit online and take photoshoot pictures of your suit with a model once it is complete.

  

All my products come from a smoke-free home! I do however have two hamsters in a separate room from where I produce the suits. 

I will contact you as a customer regularly once I start working on the suit to give you updates/update pictures, questions about how you want certain parts or I might just want general feedback from you. I try to do my best to accomplish your expectations so you having a clear vision of how you want the suit to turn out is recommended! 

I work with high-quality luxury shag faux fur unless requested otherwise! I line my parts with viscose. Pattern and colour of viscose will vary depending on what I have in stock! If you would like a specific lining colour or fabric please mention so before I start working on your commission.
